The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon, is organizing the ‘Inspired Leadership Conference – 2010’ on 29-30 January 2010. The conference will provoke thoughts about Inspired Leadership and how can it be empowered by the five values that SOIL believes in - Mindfulness, Compassion, Ethics, Sustainability and Diversity.

The conference has three distinct parts:

1. Plenary sessions with business leaders of repute

2. Workshop on Inspired Leadership by Peter Block, author and consultant
This is a unique experience with a master facilitator that is meant for
those who truly wish to make a difference and take this work to next level. The workshop will try to find answers to the following questions:
- What are the new conversations that we need to have, to build in ourselves
the character, competence and the enthusiasm of inspired leadership?
- How can we channel our own gifts to build organizations of consequence?
- What can be done to take responsibility now?

3. Open Space Learning for over 10 hours facilitated by Anne Stadler, Founder
of Spirited Work and the Open Space Institute of USA
