“The placement process saw offers from traditional sectors such as information technology, telecom, finance and marketing as well as emerging sectors such as corporate strategy, project finance and supply chain,” the MBA institute said.

Consulting, market research, marketing & finance were some of the areas in which the MBA institute students got their projects. Consulting assignments which generated the maximum number of offers had various roles attached to it. Some of the prominent ones are IT consulting; supply chain consulting, management consulting & logistics consulting.

“Five SPJIMR students also got international ALP projects in association with Reutlingen University in Germany,” the MBA institute informed. ALP – Application of Learning is a unique program in the curriculum of PGPM which aims to strengthen the industry-academia relationship. “As part of ALP, participants undertake full time projects at company premises for a period of six weeks, after which they present a report to the company.
