The PGDM is a two-year full time management program for candidates who have no work experience to maximum 3 years of work experience.
The candidates benefit immensely from Internships at Top Companies, Empirical Studies, a Curriculum that brings Industry 4.0 technologies to a Management Program, and the expertise of Globally Acclaimed Faculty. The program is AICTE approved, and accredited by AMBA (UK) and NBA.

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria (Minimum 10+2+3/4 years’ formal education, 0-36 months of work experience as on 30th June 2024, and a valid entrance score), will be evaluated on the basis of their overall academic and (if applicable) professional track record, apart from test scores. Great Lakes follows a profile-based shortlisting process for AWT and PI calls. Final selection is subject to overall performance in all aspects.
