Candidates meeting the required eligibility criteria (Minimum 10+2+3/4 years of formal education, 24 months of work experience as on 30th April 2024, and a valid entrance score), will be evaluated on the basis of their overall academic and professional track record, along with the test scores. Great Lakes follows a profile-based shortlisting process to shortlist candidates for AWT and PI. Final selection is subject to overall performance in all aspects.
