In the fourth year of its infancy, IIM L hosted Manfest - The Annual International Business Conclave of IIM L .

From its humble beginnings, Manfest has grown to becomethe largest business school fest in India in terms of total prize money, a claim vindicated by audit agencies across the country. The 3 day fest offers a delightful assortment of enriching experiences spread across four major verticals - Management Events, Leaders’ Express, CSR Initiative and Beyond Business. In line with the vision of IIM Lucknow, Manfest makes a conscious effort to tie all this excitement and competitive spirit with a central theme that is reflective of the aspirations of the largest democracy in the world. Each year has seen the entrenchment of a new theme, the presence of multiple luminaries and the birth of a new insight. Manfest is one of IIM L’s most significant branding exercises and we will not stop for a breather until it is perceived as one of the best management fests in the continent.

Flagship events such as The Next CEO, Call for Arms, Treatise and BizQuiz will take participants through multiple nerve racking rounds, providing not only a micro view of the nuances of business but also a panoramic sight of the big picture.  Biz Theatre will allow participants to set the way forward for gargantuan corporations.  It is not just pride, but enticing prizes that is at stake.
