National Competition for Business Management Simulation known as National Management Games (NMG) is an exercise that enables the participants to manage a real business in a simulated environment where they go through the pains & gains of running a Company
GAME PROCESS
• The two days game is spread over five rounds by 3-4 member teams. • Each team represents a Company. • Functional heads are appointed by team, like CEO, CFO, COO, and CMO. • Case study is presented to each team with Business, Inventory and economic data in the form of Management Reports. • Participants take decisions on production, marketing and pricing strategies to maximise pre-determined winning criteria. • Decisions are fed in “Chanakya” and performance of their enterprise is communicated to teams

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?
• A team of 3-4 members (preferably 4) need to be formed • The team is to be Registered to AIMA with competition fee • Changes/replacement of participant/team member is not permitted after the Prelim Round.
