XLRI Jamshedpur is organizing its three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on 'Leadership and Decision Making'.
Methodology
The pedagogy will include case studies, experience sharing, readings, role playing and class lectures.
Expected Participants
The program is for senior managers and prospective senior managers.
Objectives
1. Introduce the subject highlighting its complexity and usefulness
2. Familiarize the participants with the concept: How does a general process of leadership and decision making play out; what we can learn from it and how we can apply them in the corporate environment
