MBA (HRM) is a two-year full-time residential programme and follows a trimester system. The Programme offers a unique learning experience based on an experiential model where almost 20% of the total curriculum is based on learning from the field. The core learning of the Programme is covered through courses in business, general management and human resource management across the six terms.
MBA (Agribusiness Management) is a two-year fully residential and very fast growing programme in KSRM, which was started in 2019. Its curriculum is uniquely designed in balance with classroom and field based experiential learning. The classroom segment spreads over 70 credits and the three field segments of 14 credits across four semesters over two years. The programme focuses on ‘experiential learning’ by the students. It allows students to learn from live situations.
MBA (Rural Management) is the flagship programme of KSRM successfully continued since 2007. It is judiciously designed in balance with classroom and field based experiential learning. The classroom segment spreads over 64 credits and the three field segments of 28 credits across four semesters over two years. The programme focuses on ‘experiential learning’ by the students. It allows students to learn from live situations. The students have the flexibility to choose among the various projects being offered by the partner organization.
