Pankaj Gupta

Prof. Pankaj Gupta
is a Certified Cost & Management Accountant, Institute
of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) Calcutta.
He is an alumnus of Lucknow University and IIM Ahmedabad.
He is currently pursuing research in the area of Strategic
Cost Management and Activity based Costing. He was awarded
Fulbright Research Fellowship for doing research in
US. Prior to joining SIBM Bangalore as Director, he
was working with IIM Kozhikode as Faculty in the area
of Finance & Accounting and as Chairman of International
Relations. He also served IMT Ghaziabad and ICSI, New
Delhi. Dr Gupta has consulted many leading corporate
including Maruti, Dabur, GE Capital, Ericsson, Electrolux,
NTPC, LIC and Genpact. |

Dr. Indira
J. Parikh
Founder President of Foundation for Liberal and Management
Education, Pune
Prof. Parikh was
the Dean of IIM Ahmedabad from 2002 to 2005 and Professor
of Organizational Behaviour Area at the Institute.
She is the Founder Member of Sumedhas: The Academy
for Human Context. She is also on the Board of Indian
Oil Corporation Limited, and graces several other
organizational and academic boards. She has a Masters
in Education from Rochester and a Ph.D. from Gujarat
University.

and he also has a CFA degree. Nat represents Cognizant
in the India Regional Committee of the "Securities
& Investment Institute" promoted by the London

Prof P Bala Bhaskaran is a graduate
in technology from Indian Institute of Technology Madras,
India and a post-graduate from Indian Institute of Management
Bangalore, India. He has 18 years of corporate experience
in various capacities in India. He has been associated
with IBS Ahmedabad, a Business School focusing on post-graduate
management education, for more than a decade. The last

Sanjay Gupta

Prof Gupta is a

and Dean of an Institute of National Importance with

Dr. Kamal K. Jain
is a faculty in the Area of OB & HR. He is presently
chairman of the Area. He Chairs the Fellow Program in
Management at IIM Indore. He joined IIM Indore in September
2007. Prior to joining IIM Indore, he was working as
Professor of Strategic Management/HR with University
Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia. He worked in this university
for more than 5 years. He holds Ph. D. and M. Com from
Agra University During his 32 years of teaching career
he has held various academic and administrative positions.
He has taught courses like Management, Organizational
Policy and Strategy, Human Resource Management, Managerial
