Dr Anadi S Pande,
Vice president HR, Corporate Planning & Strategy of Hero MotoCorp Ltd.

A Mechanical Engineer from IT BHU and an MBA from Pune University, Dr Anadi S Pande obtained his PhD from Lucknow University while he was teaching as a full time faculty at IIM Lucknow.

Dr Pande started his career with Tata Motors Ltd as a Division Manager in the year 1984. It was in the year 2000 that he took to academics and joined IIM Lucknow as an Associate Professor, Strategic Management. During his tenure at IIM Lucknow, he was awarded the best faculty award twice in the year 2002 & 2005.

His area of Interest includes Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Philosophy.

He has co-author a title “Draft Manufacturing Policy of India” for which he won the WTI Award in 2003.
