A.There are many reputed colleges in India which offer a 1-year executive program. I think this executive program should suit you best. You can try either for ISB or any of the IIMs. (Answered by Glen D’Silva, 99.83 percentile in CAT 2008 & Student of IIM A)

JBIMS will be closer for me to travel after work, please suggest the way I should start preparing for my entrance.(Nov 19, 2009)(Rohan - Mumbai) |
A.I am not sure about the part time MBA program. However JBIMS has a reputed name in the industry and so, rather than going for any other college, this would be the best option for you. You might also want to consult any of the coaching classes before taking any decision. (Answered by Glen D’Silva, 99.83 percentile in CAT 2008 & Student of IIM A)

I have just got admission offer from MDI Gurgaon for there executive PGDM rechristened as (PGDM PartTime) having duration of 3 yrs. Should I go for partime course of a full time course given the ROI and age factor (currently 27)? Does Part time MBA/ executive MBA or the fulltime MBA have same acceptance in the market taking in consideration of my experience? (Nov 20, 2009)(Ashish Aggarwal - Delhi) |
A.For a person with 3 years experience, I would still recommend going for a 2 yr MBA program. However, you might also try for an executive MBA program from ISB or the IIMs. I am not sure about the utility of the part time MBA programmes.
