Ranking 09: How TIME, PT, CL, IMS compared on critical
parameters?
How
do India’s Top 4 institutes TIME, PT Education,
Career Launcher, IMS Learning – compare? The ranking
offers a clear picture for MBA aspirants.
Before
we look at the head-to-head comparison amongst top 4
Institutes, a recap of five critical parameters on which
the ranking is based on: 1) Quality of students admitted
2) Quality of faculty imparting training to students
3) Academic inputs available in these institutes, 4)
Physical infrastructure and 5) MBA results of students.
Over 400 students from India's top B-Schools comprising

IIM Kozhikode, XLRI Jamshedpur, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute

Now,
lets look at how each of the institutes perform on these
five parameters:
Quality
of Students
When
it comes to admitting quality students, CL tops the
list with an average score of 111, followed by T.I.M.E
securing second spot with 106 score. PT Education, with
an average score of 99 is almost at par with market
average, while IMS having an average score of 85. To
sum up, CL admits the best students while IMS is perceived
to be weaker on this parameter.
Quality
of Faculty
Only
PT Education with an average score of 119 seems in a
better position as far as quality of faculty is concerned.
While T.I.M.E and IMS with an average score of 94 each
share second position followed by CL at fourth position
with score of 92. In a nutshell, PT Education can boast
of having good quality of faculty while other three
major brands T.I.M.E, IMS and CL need to improve on
this front.
