Sri Srikishan Badruka
Hon. Secretary, Seth Ghasiram Gopikishan Badruka Educational Society
Sri Srikishan Badruka is the Honorary Secretary and Correspondent of SGGBES. He is a man with commitment. He took over the responsibility of SGGBES to cherish the ideals and goals set by his father, Late Sri Hariprasad Badruka. He believes in education enriched with ethics and moral values. He is the chairman of VIZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Managing Trustee of Sri Venkateshwara Gorakshini Trust. He is also actively involved in several philanthropic activities. He founded the ‘Hariprasadji Badruka Trust’, which helps students from the less privileged sections of society. He and his family promote the cause of Indian Culture and Classical Music.

Dr Prabhu Aggarwal
Dean, Badruka School of Management
Dr Aggarwal graduated from IIT Kanpur with a major in Mechanical Engineering and then went on to do his MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, in Operations Management. Currently serving as the President and Founder of Eduserve Global Associates, a consultancy specializing in higher education advisory and process excellence services. With a profound commitment to academic excellence, Dr. Aggarwal has held key leadership positions in esteemed institutions, including Vice Chancellor at Bennett University, President (Vice Chancellor) at NIIT University, and Founding Vice Chancellor at O.P. Jindal University. Dr. Aggarwal’s career spans continents, with notable contributions to the College of William and Mary and the University of Washington Business School in the United States. Throughout his academic journey, he has demonstrated proficiency in management, team leadership, executive management, lean processes, and operations management. Dr . Aggarwal is an active speaker, consultant, teacher, and researcher and has published in leading journals in operations management, such as Management Science, Operations Research, IIE Transactions, Journal of International Technology and Information Management, and International Journal of Production Economics.

Abhishek Nag
Partner & Advisor, Lightspeed India Member, Advisory Council
Abhishek joined Lightspeed India as a Partner in 2022 and primarily focuses on consumer internet companies, media & entertainment, the creator economy, and gaming. He brings extensive experience driving strategic partnerships, business development, and corporate development for Internet companies in the domains of growth, content and payments, among other areas. Previously, he held operator roles at hyper-growth companies, including Meta (Facebook), Uber, and, most recently, Netflix. His personal experience with the evolution of culture, processes, and hiring at the aforementioned companies gives him unique insights into service to founders. Through his professional journey, he’s built trusted relationships across industries and functions. He has been actively investing in startups as an angel investor since 2016 and has backed over 45 companies to date, with several first-round investments turned unicorns. Abhishek, an army brat, grew up all over India; he was immersed in 10 cities and schools during his 12 years of schooling. He also spent his professional career in 4 different cities. “Moving around a lot has given me a deep appreciation for India and the Indian consumer. It’s also made me truly appreciate the power of diversity and the need for an open mind,” he said. Today, when he’s not busy working with startups, Abhishek publishes a newsletter in which he writes about building, scaling, and investing in technology businesses in India.

N.V.S. Reddy
Managing Director, Hyderabad Metro Rail Ltd. & Hyderabad Airport Metro Ltd
An officer of Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS 1983 batch) and with 40 years of administrative and techno-managerial experience, Mr. NVS Reddy pioneered systemic improvements in various Government organizations and successfully led several major challenging infrastructure projects. He won many prestigious awards for the outstanding contribution he made in his various assignments.

Presently as the managing Director of Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited, he is heading the mega Hyderabad Metro Rail project (69 km). Successful implementation of this project with an investment of about Rs. 22,000 crore (US $3 billion) under public private partnership (PPP) with innovative financial engineering is his bold initiative in mass transit system and infrastructure development. It is the world’s largest Metro Rail project in PPP mode. Apart from inducing engineering excellence and innovation in the project, he converted it from a pure transportation project into a broader urban rejuvenation project to facilitate transformation of an Indian city into a people friendly green city. The project has already bagged over 325 national and global awards so far. As MD of another Government Company, Hyderabad Airport Metro Limited, he is also helming implementation of another major infrastructure initiative – the Hyderabad Airport (31 km) as a fully owned Telangana Government project at a cost of Rs.6,250 crore (US $762 million).

He is known for his financial acumen, engineering innovation, leadership qualities and open minded approach. He has vast experience in Rail and Urban Transportation; Urban Rejuvenation; Project Structuring and Management; and PPPs. He has varied interests and lectures on a variety of topics in prestigious engineering and management institutes/for in India and abroad.

Sushma Kaushik
Partner, Aavishkaar Capital
Sushma is an investor with over 16 years of deep expertise in early and early growth stage investing. Sushma has worked to identify, scale and exit large number of companies and has worked closely with several entrepreneurs. She has seen multiple seed to IPO journeys and has deep understanding of investing across cycles. She has been an active representative on the Boards of several companies like Utkarsh Bank, Arohan Microfinance, Altum Credo Home Finance, Desert Artisans (A fabindia company) etc. She started off as an entrepreneur in engineering services and moved on to roles in investments. She was a partner at one of India’s pioneering Impact funds- Aavishkaar Capital, investing across sectors with an impact theme. Prior to that she was part of the acquisition team at Starwood Capital where she evaluated diverse real estate assets. Sushma has completed a strategic leadership program at the Harvard Business School. She is an engineering graduate from RVCE, Bangalore and has an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
