Course Highlights

Students will be capable of designing and developing HR systems and processes through in-depth analysis and assessments. They will be able to differentiate and choose appropriate processes for the functions that they work in. Students will gain hands on experience by carrying out live projects offered by reputed firms.

 

The programme provides a fine balance between behavioral aspects of human resources as well as the technical Human Resource Management processes with emphasis on the legal requirements of the business environment.

1. Appear for CAT 2020/ XAT 2021/ CMAT 2021/NMAT & GMAT(candidates can apply for multiple courses)
2. Shortlisting of candidates for GD-PI based on their test scores (Shortlisted candidates have to fill candidate profile form)
3. GD-PI process will be conducted online.
4. After the result is declared, candidates will have to fill the programme preferences details online.
5. Seat Allotment- candidates will be offered the choice of the programme based on their preference, result and availability of seats. *1st January 2018- 10th February 2021
