Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management - JKSHIM Udupi

Established in the year 1998, the Department of Business Administration of Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology (NMAMIT) was designated as Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management (JKSHIM) in the year 2006. JKSHIM is named after the great visionary and founder of Nitte Group of Institutes, late Justice K. S. Hegde.

The Institute offers a two-year full-time MBA program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is an autonomous institution affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

JKSHIM is one among the very few institutes in India with the accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), NBA, NAAC and is a member of AACSB. It is also a research centre offering a Ph.D. program under Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Over a period of two decades, JKSHIM has developed a high level of expertise in imparting quality management education. The Institute has also gained significant competence in imparting tailor-made short term programs to suit the needs of the industry.

JKSHIM is located in a unique, vibrant, serene and green campus at Nitte, nestled in the Western Ghats of Southern India on the way to the Kudremukh ranges.

JKSHIM believes in Experiential Learning and facilitates students to explore themselves by providing the neccassary environment and ecosystem for the growth.  The programs (academic as well as extra-curricular) are designed to enable students recognize their strengths throughout their two-year stay at JKSHIM.
