The MBA programme enables the participants to understand current business challenges and prepares them with the aid of updated technologies and advanced pedagogy to not only successfully face global business demands but to succeed and excel in future leadership roles. Key course highlights are
PGDM (Marketing) equips students with fundamentals of marketing management skills and in-depth knowledge of a new marketing functions. A large part of the learning is based on being at the market place and interacting with customers, working on live projects and internship.
Jaipuria’s PGDM (Service Management), exposes students to theories and practices of various functional areas of management in the context of service. The program focuses on creating and nurturing service mindedness, service blue print and service operations.
The program is designed to maximize a student’s learning by dividing the course into two categories-
ISB&M continuously innovates on teaching & learning process with Guided Self- Study (GSS), new format of performance feedback etc. Students are encouraged to develop self-learning orientation.
Program Structure: The 1st year of the course strengthens the required foundation by exposing students to various subjects covering different areas of business. In the 2nd year, the students specialize in one of the areas of their choice- Finance, Marketing, Operations, Systems and HR.
