WeSchool Rural management is a 2-year program with a 4-month embedded internship which provides a focused practical exposure to the needs, aspirations, lifestyle, culture, and belief of the people residing the small towns and villages of India. WeSchool PGDM Healthcare imparts up-to-date knowledge about healthcare sector and business environment with emphasis on business applications, design thinking, and sustainability to transform students into future leaders to meet the challenges and demands of the growing healthcare sector while maintaining sensitivities of care and humane touch.

Year 1: Building a strong foundation in general management.

WeSchool PGDM Retail Management offers a diverse blend of general management and retail encouraging the flexibility to choose a specialization in Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations which sensitizes their exposure in domestic & international markets both. The program’s focus is to create professionals who can empathize, contribute, and adapt and excel in fast changing world of retail.

Year 1: Foundation in general business management and basics of retail.

WeSchool’s Business Design Programme is to empower students with skills and understanding on how to apply design thinking to effectively innovate while carrying out their management practices. The program teaches you to apply and promote design thinking practices and develop a culture for problem solving, innovation, social responsibility, design awareness, technology applications and sustainability. These aspects enable students to cultivate strategic thinking to solve business and societal problems across functions, verticals, and sectors.

Overview
St. Joseph's Institute of Management offers a two-year full-time PGDM program which is equivalent to an MBA by AIU. This well-regarded PGDM is the institute’s flagship program and is recognized by the AICTE and accredited by NBA. Students may specialize in two out of the four specializations (1. Finance 2. Marketing 3. Human Resources Management 4. Operations & Supply Chain Management 5. Business Analytics) offered by the institute.

The 2-year full-time PGDM with 120 students also comes with an international immersion program with Nanyang Technical University, Singapore with teaching modules by faculty from leading institutions like London Business School, London School of Economics and NUS - Singapore.
