In 2015, celebrating five years of its journey, IMC initiated annual Faculty Development Workshop. The aim of this workshop is to make a small contribution towards management faculty development process. IMC Faculty Workshop 2015 on ‘Education Technology in Classroom’ was conducted by Dr Arun Pereira, Executive Director, Centre for Teaching Learning and Case Development (CTLC) at Indian School of Business (ISB). IMC Faculty Workshop 2016 was conducted on ‘Case Development in the Indian Context’ by Dr MR Dixit, Professor, IIM Ahmedabad and Dr Vijaya Sherry Chand, Professor, Ravi J Matthai Center for Education Innovation at IIM Ahmedabad. IMC Faculty Workshop 2017 was conducted on 'Teaching with Simulations' by Harvard Business Publishing India and SPJIMR Mumbai. Workshop was facilitated by Dr Rajiv Agarwal, Head of Case Centre and Simulations Development at SPJIMR.

Workshop 2018 will be conducted by Dr PD Jose, Professor & Chairperson, Digital Learning, IIM Bangalore on MOCCs in Management Education.

IIMB offers Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) through edX, a not-for-profit online initiative of Harvard and MIT that offers online courses from the world’s best universities. IIMB is the first management school in India to offer MOOCs on the edX platform. IIMB is also the coordinating institute for management education for SWAYAM, GoI’s online education platform.

Dr PD Jose, Professor & Chairperson, Digital Learning, IIM Bangalore

Professor Jose teaches core courses on strategy and electives on Corporate Environmental Management, Sustainable Enterprises and Understanding Corporate Failures. He has been a visiting faculty at Cardiff Business School, IIM Kozhikode, and Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Professor Jose was a Fulbright Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, and Kenan-Flagler Business School, North Carolina during 1999-2000. He also visited the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, as a research scholar on a UNDP/GoI fellowship. He was also an ESRC Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society (BRASS) at Cardiff University during 2005-06, and again in 2008.
