Dr Himadri Das
Director, MDI Gurgaon
Dr Himadri Das is the Director of MDI Gurgaon. He has joined MDI in the beginning of 2018. Prior to joining MDI Gurgaon, Dr Das was the Director of Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon and Dean of International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi.
Dr Das worked in the industry for more than a decade, prior to getting into the academic role. Major areas of his industry experience are in the IT products and services industry, in the US and India, for software multinationals involved with products for engineering and financial applications.
Dr Das has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Luxembourg, the University of Tampere in Finland, and the Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France.
Dr Das is a B.Tech. and MBA from IIT Delhi and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, USA.
