Dr Sushanta K Mishra, Dean (Research), IIM Indore
Dr Mishra is the Professor and the Dean of Research at IIM Indore. His research work has been published in top journals including the Financial Times top 50 Journals. His work has been recognized in many forums such as the Academy of Management Annual Meetings, Emerald/INDAM Indian Management Research forum, ISB-Ivey Global Case Competition to cite a few. He is the recipient of the First Young Faculty Research Chair at IIM Indore, Emerging Diversity Scholar Award from National Centre for Institutional Diversity, University of Michigan and the Industrial Finance Corporation of India Award at IIM Ahmadabad. Before becoming the Dean (Research) he had served as the Chairperson of the PhD program at IIM Indore.
Dr Mishra is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad and did his Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Rourkela. He served for11 years in different managerial capabilities at Rourkela Steel Plant of Steel Authority of India where he worked as a change agent.
