Placements at SOIL may not be in the similar range of top IIMs, however, placements are comparable to B- Schools in the similar league. Also, placement is dependent on the academic profile & performance in the programme. Average Salary for Post Graduate Program in Business Leadership (PGPBL) is Rs 9,50,000 per annum & for Post Graduate Program in Human Resources Leadership (PGPHRL) is Rs 8,00,000 per annum.
