Mr Piyush is an HR professional with 18 years of rich and diverse experience of working with Organizations like GE, IBM, Satyam Computers and KPMG. He has consulted with multiple Fortune 500 organizations in the areas of Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent Engagement and Development etc. In his current role he is working as a Director HR at KPMG Global services in India, focusing on their Advisory businesses. He has lead some successful acquisitions for the firm in the last couple of years. He finds his passion in forming high performing teams and creating an ecosystem which facilitates optimizing the potential of each of team members.
