Mr Vikas Gupta is the Managing Director of Talent for Deloitte’s U.S. Firm’s offices in India. He has been an integral part of the journey of Deloitte in India and has played multiple roles in forming people strategy for this ever-growing organization and thereby adding more dimensions to his professional portfolio.

One of the significant achievements of Mr Gupta is establishing the talent organization in the region and leading multiple dynamic and diverse teams across recruiting, generalists, employee engagement, learning and development. He has led the responsibility for establishing Global Service business operations in the region. Mr Gupta plays advisory role to people, teams, and clients on aspects of business growth, quality, global integration, higher education, diversity & inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.

Mr Gupta is excited about the 'future of human resources' to meet the needs of Industry 4.0.A life-long learner, Mr Gupta completed ISB’s PGPMAX program in 2013 and Executive FPM in 2018. He is a member of APAC Advisory Council and Global Business Practice Council at AACSB International.
