Launched in 2010, IMC has emerged as India's definitive management education conference and a must-attend national platform for Academic Leaders and Decision-makers from B schools and Universities. We are guided by our Mission and Principles.

Vision 
To be a catalyst in promoting progressive thinking and execution that helps Tier 1 B-schools become truly Global B-schools, Tier 2 B-schools become National B-schools and Tier 3 B-schools become regionally relevant institutions.

Guiding Principles are:

MULTI-STAKEHOLDER PLATFORM: Be a multi-stakeholder platform that brings together Policy makers, Industry, Knowledge organizations and Service providers for the benefit of B-schools.

FACT-BASED PLATFORM: Be a fact-based platform, and not a podium for rhetoric. Indian Management Conclave conducts research, and also invites knowledge organizations to share their analysis.

RESEARCH & DOCUMENT: Play a role in researching and documenting best practices of Indian Management Education. IMC Awards were initiated in 2013 to fulfill this objective. Over the years, there are many publications on Indian Management Education from IMC platform.

GLOBAL OUTLOOK: In a global world, there is no place for jingoism. B-schools have to compete to excel or perish. IMC invites global thinkers and international organizations to share global best-practices.
