AIMA launches PGDM in e-learning mode

AIMA with Hughes Communications has launched its flagship program-PGDM on the HughesNet Interactive Onsite Learning platform. The e-learning mode is adopted by AIMA for the first time to reach out to aspiring management professionals across India.

All India Management Association - Center for Management Education (AIMA-CME) with Hughes Communications has launched its flagship program PGDM on the HughesNet Interactive Onsite Learning platform. This is the first time that AIMA has adopted the e-learning mode on Interactive Onsite Learning (IOL) platform to offer the program.

Speaking at the launch, Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA, said, "This program allows participants to hone their managerial skills through a unique blend of quality and flexibility as the program is offered through a flexi-learning mode without missing the rigor of classroom teaching. This unique program comes equipped with a curriculum that caters to both present and future industry requirements, prepared by experienced faculties at AIMA leveraging their close ties with the industry and consultancy experience."

e-PGDM offers graduates and aspiring management professionals an opportunity to attain a DEC-AICTE-UGC joint committee approved qualification in addition to other benefits including placement assistance.

The program will equip managers and professionals with diverse perspective, leadership styles and skills required to lead their organizations in all economic environments. The course leverages use of technology and is designed to be highly interactive by using a pedagogy which includes a judicious blend of lectures, case studies, assignments and sessions from senior managers from the industry.
