CAT 2016: Mandatory exam for MBA admission
Candidates exploring admission opportunity to MBA programme at Nirma University should have appeared in CAT 2016 exam held on December 4, 2016. The good news for the MBA aspirants is that you do not need a very high percentile and around 80 percentile in CAT 2016 could get you shortlisted for admission to MBA at Nirma University.
Eligibility to apply
The institute needs 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree. Institute of Management will receive the test scores from IIM for those candidates who have appeared in the CAT 2016 examination and have also applied for MBA admission to NIRMA.

Admission Process
The admission process for Institute of Management-Nirma University has been slightly modified for MBA 2017-19. Instead of Written Ability Test in final selection round, there will be Theme Development and Presentation followed by Personal Interview for admission to MBA 2017-19.

The Institute of Management- Nirma University will award varying weightage to 4 key components in MBA admission process and among them CAT 2016 score will carry the highest weightage.
