Sports and media icons inspire finalists at Tycoons Leadership Summit

Understanding this fact, eminent leaders from these fields inspired the Tycoons 08 finalists during Leadership Summit held on March 12. These icons asked young minds to focus on their goal and have passion to achieve it.

Ace shooter Col R V S Rathore said, To achieve the target, individual have to choose their way and do hard work with full dedication. Understanding process of achieving goal is also very important.

It has seen that many times people dont know what they want to do and even if they know they just forgo their goal because of circumstances. Noticing this mindset, Mr Rathore emphasized on decision-making ability. He said, It is not conditions and circumstances, but your decisions that decides your success. Dont leave your dreams because of circumstances.

While giving some keys to success in his closing remarks he said, Definition of success should be defined by individual not by any external factors. Make your own definition.

Addressing various issues and leadership qualities in media, fiery journalist Mr Tarun Tejpal said, Media industry needs young leaders who have the ability to question power, can understand what is right and wrong and have the courage to stand for the right.
