Dr. Misra said that it is the people who create an institute and not labs and classrooms, and SIBM Bangalore, within a short span, has succeeded in doing so. He asked the students to not just sit back and relax after being admitted to a prestigious institution like Symbiosis, but encouraged them to make use of this opportunity to learn and grow in life.

Gautam Rajadhyaksha stressed on how important it is to understand the people of India to succeed in the business world. He asked the students to never disregard their cultural background, and always have their feet on ground, despite all the success and accolades.

According to SIBM Bangalore, the connection between the speakers is the two ever-important attributes to succeed in the world of business in today's era, ‘creativity and innovation.’ “SIBM Bangalore, as a management institute, has pledged at producing innovative and creative business leaders to take the India Inc., and the entire nation as a whole, forward. And the program for the young students showcased it in its entirety,” stated the B-School.
