RICS school of Built Environment offers following management programmes
- MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure with Specialisation in Investment and Finance or Marketing

Apart from offering the two year MBA degree, the institute offers BBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure; BBA in Construction Management to embark upon the management career after completing 10+2 level examination.
Eligibility criteria
While the Graduates in any discipline with 50% score can apply for MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure, eligibility preference is awarded to the graduates in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Planning graduates for admission to MBA in Construction Project Management and MBA in Construction Economics & Quantity Surveying. Accepted exam scores are CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT.
Short listing Criteria
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT. The B school has specified scores as follows - MAT- 500, CAT - 75 percentile, GMAT – 500. Candidates who have not appeared to any of the above exams may still seek admission to RICS by appearing in Amity Written Test followed by an essay writing test (SOP) along with a personal interview on that day.
