Recently released edition of M NOW Magazine has drawn strong endorsements from leading academicians and industry leaders.

Commenting on the M NOW magazine’s 4-steps roadmap for college students, which stresses on Employability, Mr Vijay Thadani, CEO, NIIT Ltd, said, “I find the 4-steps roadmap developed by M NOW magazine as a very good framework for guiding Indian youth. Congratulations to M NOW.”

M NOW quarterly magazine was launched in January 2008 and has since offered a new roadmap for Indian youth. The recent issue released in mid-May takes the framework forward. As number of educational streams and choices explode, students are unsure about what path to take as they pursue their graduate studies: should they pursue job oriented courses in sectors like retail and banking, or enrol into an MBA, or work in corporate sector.

M NOW’s well researched and industry endorsed 4-steps frameworks says that it is not an ‘either-or’ question. The roadmap advices students to first gain employability with sectoral programmes, then work for corporates and then pursue general MBA to accelerate their careers.

M NOW 4-steps for graduates are:

Step-1: Gain Employability
Step-2: Work to understand business basics
Step-3: MBA is your passport
Step-4: Executive Education

The focus of M NOW magazine’s May-June-July issue is on sectoral programmes. The issue analyses and reports on over 200 education options for India’s high growth sectors like Banking, Insurance, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare and several others.

Respected thought-leaders from industry and academia like Mr Vijay Thadani, CEO, NIIT; Dr Deepak Paintal, Vice Chancellor, Delhi University; Ms Naina Lal Kidwai, CEO, HSBC, Mr Arvind Singhal, Chairman, Technopak; Mr Bijou Kurien, CEO Reliance Retail; Mr Vir Sanghvi, Editorial Director, Hindustan Times; Mr B Anant, Head HR of ICICI Lombard have shared their views with youth through M NOW magazine.
