Talking about the rationle of the panel discussion, IIMBEE Alumni Association said, "The objective of the Panel Discussion is to understand how different organizations view leadership development. Presentation by Panelists will showcase and highlight leadership development practices that are practiced in their respective organizations, broadly covering themes of organization's leadership development philosophy, methods and processes followed to identify leaders at different levels, the different interventions followed like training, job rotation, mentoring etc., to groom and nurture leaders and specific roles which are difficult to groom in the organization."
