Divided into three sessions over two days, Serveskriti aims to debate on contemporary service sector issues with leaders, academicians and management thinkers, informs FMS. The three sessions would focus on: Services at the Bottom of the Pyramid, Service Innovation: Looking Beyond the Obvious and Service: As a Competitive Advantage.
