All India Management Association (AIMA) is getting ready to host its annual National Students Management Quiz 2009 (NSMQ-2009) in January-February 2009. NSMQ will be held in Pune, Coimbatore, Patna, Bhubneshwar & Delhi. MBAUniverse.com is the Official Management Portal of this initiative.
Says Dr Kamal Singh, Director, CMD-AIMA, "As a part of our endeavor, AIMA offers a series of events of national importance -- several of these have created a critical mass of leadership in the management calendar of the country and are eagerly awaited by the management community. One such initiative is "National Student Management Quiz" (NSMQ) for students of Business Schools. It is heartening to see a very encouraging response last year with a record number of teams participating."
Over 300 teams from across the country participated in the 2008 edition of NSMQ.
The aim of NSMQ is to provide a unique opportunity to budding student managers to demonstrate knowledge, creativity and professional prowess to showcase their strength besides creating a healthy spirit of competitiveness among the Business Schools in the country, informs AIMA.
Winners will receive Trophies (Regional & National Level), Cash Prizes, and Gift Hampers.
The regional rounds will be held in Pune on January 16, in Coimbatore on January 24, in Patna on January 25, in Bhubneshwar on February 01, and Delhi on February 27. The Grand Finale will be held in Delhi on February 27. The last date of Registration is January 15, 2009. AIMA is also offering an early bird discount of upto Rs. 1000 till December 31, 2008.
