These programmes will be offered in conjunction with leading management institutes like Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C), Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIM-L) and Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM-I). The programmes will cover a wide spectrum of areas like General Management, Quantitative analysis and modeling, and Marketing Management.
NIIT Imperia is offering two programmes with IIM Calcutta: Senior Management Programme and Advanced Program in Quantititative Analysis and Modelling.
Senior Management Programme is a one year general management programme for executives with over 10 years of work experience. NIIT Imperia is offering two programmes in collaboration with IIM Indore as well: Post Graduate Certificate Program in Management and Advanced Programme in Strategic Marketing Management.
Post Graduate Certificate Program in Management is a one-year programme aimed practising managers with minimum three years of work experience. NIIT Imperia says participants will benefit from this program as they will acquire a comprehensive overview of all management functional areas, or wish to acquire the theoretical foundations of their practice.
Advanced Programme in Strategic Marketing Management is a six months programme designed for senior and middle level executives in the marketing and sales functions. Exposure to marketing and/or sales functions for a minimum of five years (for those with an MBA degree) or 10 years for non-MBAs is a prerequisite for joining this course. Talking about the focus of the programme, NIIT Imperia says, "The conceptual core of the program is of deeper understanding of marketing, strategy, costs, innovation and dynamics. The Certificate Program in General Management is aimed at current IT professionals working in ITES industry, BPO's and KPO's executives, to groom them to take up managerial and leadership positions in the organizations.
