CRISIL announces admissions to its third Certified Analyst Programme

India's leading ratings, research and risk advisory company CRISIL has announced admissions for its third batch of two-year intensive course: CRISIL Certified Analyst Programme (CCAP).

According to CRISIL, "CCAP is a two year intensive entry level programme aimed at preparing world-class finance professionals for CRISIL. The programme follows a unique study-cum-paid internship format that ensures effective learning of theory coupled with efficient application of the same at work. During the programme, all the interns are paid a stipend of Rs. 8000 per month."  

To apply for this programme, a candidate should be a Graduate with minimum 50% marks. Final year students can also apply. Candidates must take the CRISIL Online Aptitude Test, candidates who have appeared for CAT/XAT will be exempt from the test, if they clear the CRISIL cut-offs.  

The final selection will be based on the profile, test scores, group discussions and personal interview. The first round of GD & PI will be held across Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore.  

The programme offers a good opportunity to candidates with good analytical and reasoning ability, personal and professional integrity, enthusiasm and drive. The programme will commence from June 8, 2009.

The last date for submission of application forms is February 6, 2009. CRISIL Online Aptitude Test will be conducted in the month of March, 2009.  

On successful completion of the programme, the candidates will be absorbed in various CRISIL businesses at an annual compensation of Rs. 5 lakhs and above.
