The flagship event of the HR Committee of IFMR, Synergy- THE HR CONCLAVE was held on September 11, 2015. The keynote speaker for the event was Mr Muthukumar Thanu, Group Chief HR Officer, TAFE Ltd. who spoke on “Make In India – Managing people Challenges in Manufacturing Sector”. It was followed by two rounds of panel discussion involving speakers from the industry and the academia on the challenges in Manufacturing and emerging sectors of the economy.
