It is advised that you should not wait till the last day to buy your CAT Voucher and then register as you may not get the test date, slot and center of your choice.

The CAT 2011 registration process started over two weeks back. If you have decided to take CAT 2011 and you are yet to register for it, it is high time for you to do so.

You can buy the CAT 2011 Vouchers from Axis Bank. You can check the list of branches from the CAT IIM website (www.catiim.in). There are two more weeks to go for the CAT 2011 Voucher Sale, the last date for which is Monday, September 26, 2011.

It is advised that you should not wait till the last day to buy your CAT Voucher and then register as you may not get the test date, slot and center of your choice. There might be over two lakh CAT aspirants who may try their luck to crack CAT. Hence being prompt and early will lead you to take the test at your convenience.

The cost of the CAT 2011 Voucher is Rs. 1600. Once you buy the voucher, you will have to visit the CAT IIM website for the registration.

Make sure that you have all the information regarding your previous academic background and work experience handy. You will need to provide the information while registering for CAT 2011.The last date to register for CAT 2011 is Wednesday, September 28, 2011.

You should scratch the voucher to get your voucher number. There are three steps of Registration, ‘Create a profile', ‘Apply to CAT' and ‘Schedule Test'. According to IIMs and Prometric, the entire process will take about 20 to 30 minutes. After the registration process gets over, you will get your Admit Card through email.

If you have still not bought the CAT 2011 Voucher and registered yourself, it is high time you do so or you will not be left with much choice to take the test in accordance.
