Top corporate leaders and CXOs will address SDMIMD Mysore Industry-Institute Interface - Convergence3i, on September 27 at the institute campus in Mysore.
The key speakers during the day-long programme include Mr K S Sundar, Sr Lead Principal - Education & Research, Infosys; Mr B S Srinivasa, GM – HR, JK Tyres & Industries; Mr Ronald Mascarenhas, General Manager – HR, Jubilant Life Sciences; and Mr S Nagarajan, Chairman, CII Mysore amongst others.
The Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD), Mysore has joined hands with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to enhance the quality of its industry interaction program. According to the institute, the programme aims to bring a greater level of engagement of corporate leaders with the budding managers at the institute. The day-long programme will comprise keynot address, special addresses and a special panel discussion.
Mr Ashok Rao, President & Whole Time Director, Automotive Axles will deliver the keynote address during the programme. A special panel of industry leaders will deliberate on different dimensions of ‘Industry Expectations from Budding Managers’. The eminent panelists who will share their insight during the discussion include Mr K S Sundar, Sr Lead Principal - Education & Research, Infosys; Mr S V Venkatesh, Managing Director & CEO, RiiT; Mr B S Srinivasa, GM – HR, JK Tyres & Industries.
Mr Mahesh Nagarajaiah, President & CEO, iCAD Engineering will address a special session on ‘Innovation & Entrepreneurship’.
While Mr Ronald Mascarenhas, General Manager – HR, Jubilant Life Sciences will share his ideas on ‘HR Perspectives on Recruitment & Selection’, Mr V Lokesh, CEO & Senior Advisor, Innomantra Consulting will shares his insights on ‘Mind Games for Future Leaders’.
Mr. L Krishnan, Immediate Past Chairman, CII Karnataka and Managing Director, Telugu Tec India, will be the Chief Guest for the event.
