Significance of Summer Placement

 

Summers hold a special significance for companies as it is an apt mechanism for companies to spot bright talent early. Offers on the basis of internships are an emerging recruitment trend for leadership level recruitments across companies. The summer project is expected to build on the theoretical learning with practical experience.
