China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), located in Shanghai, is the first business school in mainland China to offer a full time MBA, an Executive MBA and a number of executive development programs. CEIBS Shanghai has offered pre MBA boot camps which will last for 4 days for one batch during the summer at a much reasonable rate compared to other business schools.

These are short intensive programmes lasting for a few days which give an overview of the MBA programmes to the candidates.
About the CEIBS Pre MBA Summer Boot Camp 2015
The CEIBS Pre-MBA Summer Boot camp is the ideal program for admitted candidates or candidates interested in the CEIBS MBA to acclimatize themselves with the business scenario in Asia and Shanghai, living in Shanghai and an overview of the MBA experience. This boot camp is particularly ideal for candidates from a non business background as this will give them an opportunity to experience the real business world.
The CEIBS boot camp is a 4 days program which includes four-star accommodation, meals, training and business visits. Last year the CEIBS MBA was attended by MBA abroad aspirants from over 20 countries with students visiting companies to gain better understanding of the business ecosystem, attending lecture series and observing business decisions.
Programme sessions
Beginning July 8 and concluding on July 11, 2015 there would be mind storming programme sessions for MBA abroad aspirants at CEIBS. The focus will be on the topics like "Economic Crisis and Long Term Economic Growth in Asia"; "Marketing Dynamics in China"; "Achieving Your Leadership Potential"; "The World's Mega-trends". Eminent academicians and faculty drawn from India, China and Europe will deliver the lectures.
Corporate visit during the programme
The B school proposes to have 3 Corporate visits during the 4 day programme commencing July 8 and concluding on July 11, 2015. There will be McKinsey and Morningside Venture Capital visit on July 9; Henkel and McDonald visit on July 10 and Fosun visit on July 11, 2015.
Programme Fee
The programme fee is 7,850 RMB/1,120 Euros ( INR 80000 appx). Payment should be wired through the bank with the account information in admission notice email.
Accommodation: On-campus 4-star executive dorm facilities single occupancy (depends on space availability). Private accommodation at a nearby apart-hotel is also available at an additional charge.
Refund Policy- A refund of 70% will be given up to four weeks prior to commencement of program and a refund of 60% up to two weeks. No refund two weeks prior to the commencement of the course.
Eligibility to apply
• The programme is limited to Chinese and MBA abroad aspirants who are considering an MBA in the near future.
• Only admitted students to CEIBS and or a graduate from an accredited university interested to pursue MBA abroad are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have a minimum of one year work experience.
Once you have submitted the application, it will be reviewed and you will be invited for a 15 minutes phone/Skype interview. Space is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. The application dead line is June 15, 2015.
About CEIBS MBA
CEIBS offers a Full Time MBA programme of 18 months duration. 34% students in the programme are MBA abroad aspirants. Indian students aspiring for MBA abroad can apply in the month of September 2015 as the application process for MBA 2016 will be opened only then. Graduate with minimum 3 years bachelors’ degree, 2 years work experience with valid GMAT score in the range of 640 to 730 is eligible to apply and stands a fair chance of admission. Programme fee is around Rs 40 lakhs.
