The 2015 edition of the QS World University Ranking by Subject released in April 2015 features a new ranking of world’s top universities for business and management. According to the latest release, London Business School is the No 1B-school for business and management.

The QS ranking features the world’s top universities in 36 individual subjects, based on academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact. Accordingly the overall institution is ranked, rather than an individual programme. The ranking features top 100 business schools and puts London Business School at the first place followed by Harvard Business School at the second place and INSEAD at the third position.

LBS MBA Programme
The MBA programme at London Business School is made up of core and elective courses, global business learning, international exchange and other simulating modules. The programme is highly flexible and customization is included.  The first year prepares candidates to face professional challenges they are most likely to face as a general manager. The 2nd year is built around global business experiences and studying electives.

Learning Experience at London Business School
Faculty –led lectures, Study Groups, company visits to London based organizations, Guest speakers and individual preparation, are key features of the learning method at London Business School. Group study helps building team spirit and can prepare you for challenges facing while working in a team. Company visits are a core part of the programme. MBA students at London Business School are allowed to take up a foreign language course to hone their linguistic skills. Fees and Scholarships
Tuition Fees for the MBA starting in August 2015 is £67,750. Fees are subject to change for the next intake.

Wide varieties of scholarships are available and are awarded to candidates who apply in the early rounds. Some popular scholarships are London Business School Fund Scholarship, The Monica and Navin Valrani Scholarship for Indian women and The Vodafone Group Foundation Scholarships for residents of India and Asia-Pacific.

Careers
93% of MBAs from London Business School accepted job offers within 3 months of graduation. Highest number of recruits were seen in the corporate sector (40%) which includes Internet/E-Commerce, Healthcare, Retail, Energy etc. 32% of the graduates were placed in the consulting sector and 28% of the recruits were seen in the finance sector.  With almost 75% of the top global companies located in London, majority of the students (48%) were placed in UK in 2014.Mean base salary of a LBS graduate was recorded to be USD 119,225 (approx INR 76 lakhs)
