TATA-Dhan Academy extends admission deadline for its Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management

Madurai based TATA-Dhan Academy (TDA) has extended the last date of submission of application form for its two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management (PGDDM).

According to the information shared by TDA with MBAUniverse.com, the last date for receiving filled in application forms for 9th Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management: 2008-2010 has been extended to January 31, 2008. Earlier the last date of submission was January 20th, 2008.  

TDA is a joint academic venture of Sir Ratan Tata Trust and DHAN Foundation. DHAN Foundation is a development organisation working towards bringing significant changes in the lives of the poor through innovative themes. TDA engaged in Development Management Education, Training and Research.    

PGDDM is a two-year residential programme with a mix of theory and practice. The PGDDM's curriculum can be divided into four segments: the preparatory segment, the classroom segment, the fieldwork segment, and the development practice segment. The programme equips the students with managerial techniques to deal with complex issues of development. Graduates are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Management (PGDDM).  

Candidates will be selected through Development Management Admission Test (DMAT), which will be held on February 17. Shortlisted candidates after DMAT will be called for final selection in April, 2008.
