The two-year AICTE approved PGDM program at Deviprasad Goenka Management College of Media Studies (DGMC), offering specialisations in 'Media & Communication' has been designed to cater to the changing needs of global Media, Entertainment and Advertising industry. 

The program prepares students in the managerial aspects of media but due emphasis is given to marketing and brand management of various media products and services associated with these sectors. 

To enter the media and communication industry in the management cadre, one must first understand the dynamic nature of today’s media along with the knowhow to create the content for the different forms of media. Hence, keeping in view today’s age of transmedial communication, the PGDM (Media & Communication) thoroughly trains the students in the processes of content production as well as managing the business of media. 

Care has been taken to seamlessly blend the fundamental core management concepts and principles in the courseware in consultation with industry professionals

Admissions Process
Eligibility: 
Every candidate should have appeared for/ passed Bachelors Degree Examination with 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent GPA (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserve Category as per Government Rules).  
Appeared for MH-CET/CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT 
 
Admission Process:
a) Candidate has to fill in application form available on our website link http://rs.rajasthani.org.in/onlinedgmc/, print a copy of the form and submit it online
b) Prospectus Fees of Rs. 1,000/- should be paid by cash or pay order/ demand draft drawn in favour of DGMC to the Institute Admin Office along with the downloaded application form and supporting documents before the last date for submission as per AICTE guidelines. Form fees can also be paid by NEFT.
c) Institute will prepare a merit list based on the percentile of marks at the admission test and short list candidates for next stage of selection process i.e. Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Group Discussion & Personal Interview
d) Group Discussion & Personal Interview Dates will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by email
e) Candidate will be selected for admission on merit based on aggregate marks at written test (Percentile), Group Discussion and Personal Interview
f) Selected candidates will be intimated by SMS/phone call and On being offered admission, candidate has to pay the fees as per the admission process.
g) On payment of fees, provisional admission will be confirmed
