The consideration to extend the last date of registration for XAT 2015 from Nov 30 to Dec 8, 2014 will have a lot of positive bearing for the candidates who wish to register for XAT 2015 but could not do so due to one or other reason and primarily due to two other important MBA/PGDM entrance examinations CAT 2014 and IIFT 2014 taking place consecutively. Most of the candidates had to travel extensively to take these two exams and the hectic activity caused the delay in XAT 2015 registration. Making Payment: The last step
A XAT 2015 aspirant can register for free and get their ID, password immediately after the registration. There is no need to make the payment in the first step of registration process.
Once you complete entering the profile, contact, education and preferred test city details, you will be required to make payment either online or by means of Demand Draft or in cash. Many candidates, although registered for XAT 2015 by filling up the relevant details, have not yet paid the registration/application fee. The fee for XAT 2015 is Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) for all applicants, please note. There is no concessionary fee to apply for XAT 2015.

XLRI, the XAT 2015 conducting B school had earlier extended the last date from Nov 22, to Nov 30 2014 considering the fact that CAT 2014 was to be held on Nov 22 and IIFT entrance test was scheduled for Nov 23, 2014. It provided another 8 days to the XAT 2015 aspirants. But it is feared that many of them may not be able to complete the process by Nov 30. XLRI has therefore proposed to extend the last date of registration to December 8, 2014 to facilitate the XAT 2015 aspirants with more time to register and apply in time.

The registration for XAT 2015 was opened on Aug 12, 2014 and it is already more than 100 days have passed by for XAT 2015 registration process. Candidates should finalize their registration process in the coming 3-4 days instead of waiting again for the last dates.
Last minute rush: Avoid the trap
XAT 2015 registration website may go inaccessible in the last minute rush and the technical glitches may come up. Even if you are able to fill in the details in the registration window, it may not allow you to submit. You may not be able to complete the registration and application process.
