Dr Ashis K Pani
Dean - Academics, XLRI Jamshedpur
Dr Ashis K Pani is the Dean Academics at XLRI Jamshedpur. He is also the Chairperson of the Center for E-Business at XLRI. He was Associate Dean VIL Programmes at XLRI from 2013 to 2016. His academic areas are Production, Operations & Decision Sciences and Information Systems.
Dr Pani has been honoured with J.L. Batra best research paper award in AIMS 2010; Best paper award in International Academy of E-Business, Annual Conference at Hawaii in 2009; EURECA project award for three months at Sofia, Bulgaria in 2009 funded by European Commission; IBM faculty award 2008 among others. Many of his students who did their Research work under his guidance are teaching at top B-schools like IIM Lucknow, IIT Delhi, Great Lakes among others or are working with top corporates.
Dr Pani has co-authored many books and numerous research papers and publications in Journals.
Dr Pani is an M.Tech from IIT Madras and a Ph.D from IIT Kharagpur.
