MBA Placements 2023: Reflect Mixed Trends
Although the 100% placements are over in most of the top B-schools in India, there are mixed placement trends. While some B-schools like IIM Lucknow, IIM Udaipur, IIFT, XIMB have registered 10% to 20% rise in average salary, other top B-schools like SPJIMR, IIM Kozhikode, FMS Delhi, XLRI, MDI have registered 3 to 7 percent increase in Average salary.
Surprisingly, Baby IIMs like IIM Nagpur, IIM Visakhapatnam have completed their Placement 2023 before IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Kozhikode and have registered higher increase in average package. IIM Calcutta has concluded 100% final placement 2022 with all time high Average Salary of Rs.34.20 LPA for its largest batch of 465 participating students getting offers from 190 recruiters. Consulting sector has again claimed highest share in recruitment with 49% contribution in placements. Accenture Strategy and the Boston Consulting Group, EY, Bain & Company, HUL emerged as the top recruiters.

The Placement drive concluded in three days with 100% placements. 116 recruiters including 39 new recruiters, made offers to the students.

IIM Ahmedabad Final Placement 2021 Highlights
IIM Ahmedabad conducted its placement 2021 in three clusters on three different dates. Cluster-1 was conducted on March, cluster-2 on March and Cluster-3 on March 8, 2021. The salary data for the placement will be released after IPRS audit in October 2021.
