DMS IIT Delhi eligibility criteria for MBA Admission 2026 is as below:

• A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree.
• A relaxation of 5% in marks (i.e. min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (i.e. min. 5.50 on a 10-point scale) for the SC/ST candidates. Relaxation in criteria for PH candidates may be as per the Institute rules.
• Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if she/he submits a certificate by certain date.
• The candidate should have appeared in CAT 2024 exam and must have scored minimum prescribed sectional and overall score to become eligible for admission. Check details below.

The DMS-IIT Delhi Admission Criteria and selection process prescribe the acceptable exam score, IITD MBA Shortlisting criteria and final selection process. DMS-IIT Delhi Admission Criteria is a two step process involving the preliminary screening based on CAT score leading to shortlisting of candidates and the Final admission selection Criteria with CAT exam score and other key parameters.

DMS-IIT Delhi will shortlist the candidates on the basis of CAT 2025 score, past academic performance, and other criteria as under:

• The 1st stage of shortlisting in DMS-IIT Delhi Admission Criteria awards high weight to CAT score along with the weightage to Academics, Gender Diversity and Work Experience.
• The candidate must have scored minimum sectional percentile of 80 in each of the three sections of CAT – Quantitative Aptitude' (QA), ‘Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning' (DILR) and ‘Verbal and Reading Comprehension' (VRC)
• A candidate must have scored minimum overall percentile of 90 in CAT 2025
• If the candidate does not score minimum prescribed percentile in CAT 2025 he/she will not be considered for shortlisting for final selection stage.
• All the shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for Personal Interview (PI) in March 2026

11. IIT Delhi MBA Admission 2026: Step by Step Process
Following steps are included in the DMS-IIT Delhi Admission process:

• Step 1: The candidate must have applied, appeared and scored the minimum required sectional and overall percentile in CAT to be considered for first stage screening process for admission at DMS-IIT Delhi
• Step 2: Candidate must apply for MBA Admission at DMS-IIT Delhi before the last date.
• Step 3: Candidates are short-listed for Personal Interview (PI) from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied for admission to DMS IIT Delhi and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme.
• Step 4: The PI will be held in March for domestic candidates. After the PI round, admission offers are made by DMS-IIT Delhi to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in CAT, performance in PI, academics, extra-curricular achievements, work experience among others
• Step 5: Final Admission Offer will be made to the candidates in May with the release of final merit list for admission on the basis of Final Score arrived after awarding the weightage scores on all the components.
