Whether it is the personal interview for freshers or from second timers, the personal interview format implies personal interaction session of 10 to 20 minutes before the experts. Apart from the one to one personal interaction session of 10-20 minutes, the PI round for MBA admission may consist of other different components also. This may include GD, WAT, Extempore speech, Group Interview, group exercise, psychometric tests among others.
