CAT Result 2025: Check Release Date, How to Download Score Card

Step-1: 

• Go to the CAT website iimcat.ac.in
• Login with your CAT Id and Password at ‘Login for Score Card CAT 2025’ window. Last year CAT Result Login Window is shown in the image below:

Step-2: 

• Now you can view and download your CAT 2025 score card. Check details
• Click on Download and your CAT Result score card is downloaded
• Take print of the CAT Result 2025. It contains your all the details, scaled and percentile scores

CAT 2025 Score card by means of SMS on your mobile phone will also be sent by IIMs after CAT Result declaration. The glimpse of your score card contains your sectional and overall score & percentile. To check your CAT result on Mobile, take following steps

• Open the CAT browser on the Mobile phone
• Type in the website name iimcat.ac.in
• Click on 'CAT 2025 scorecard'
• Enter your Registration ID and password
• Tap to Open and check your CAT Result

CAT Result 2025 download link is available on CAT official website. CAT Result Direct Download Link 2025 will also be published on MBAUniverse.com soon after the CAT exam is held. 

Your CAT Result 2025 contains the details of your CAT exam date and time in slot-1, slot-2, or slot-3, Sectional and overall scaled score, sectional and overall CAT percentile so that you may anticipate your call from the preferred B-school to which you have applied.

Following are the important CAT result related instructions issued by IIMs for the benefit of CAT exam takers regarding the CAT 2025 score card download:

• Only candidates who have taken the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 are entitled to receive the score card. The print-out of the score card is for your information pertaining to CAT 2025. You will not receive score card by email or by post.
• The Scaled Scores of Section-1 (Verbal Ability & reading Comprehension); Section-2 (Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning) and Section-3 (Quantitative Ability) are not additive. The Overall Scaled Scores is based on the total raw scores earned by the candidate.
• Percentile refers to percentage of candidates who receive score less than or equal to the score obtained by the candidate.
• IIMs and Non-IIM member institutions independently decide how to use CAT 2025 scores on the basis of their own selection process. The scores are to be used only for selecting the candidates to their Post Graduate / Fellow Programme(s) in Management.
• All queries regarding post-CAT 2025 selection process must be directed to respective IIMs. CAT Centre will not answer post-CAT related queries.
• CAT 2025 score is valid until 31st December 2026 and is subject to meeting the minimum eligibility marks in the qualifying examination.

Immediately after CAT results are announced and you have downloaded it, you should take following steps:

• Shortlist some of the top B-schools and Apply (If the application is open)
• Check IIMs shortlist. Top 3-4 IIMs like IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Lucknow announce the shortlist of candidates for final selection process very early
• Check your mail box and respective IIM Admission link on its website

Apart from 22 IIMs the top B-schools accepting CAT result 2025 are FMS Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, IITs, MDI Gurgaon, IIFT Delhi, IMI New Delhi, FORE New Delhi, TAPMI Manipal, K J Somaiya, GIM Goa among others. CAT cut off in these B-schools range from 80 %ile to 95%ile.

In summary, CAT Result 2025 expected date is December 22, 2025. CAT Exam will be held on November 29, 2025. CAT results will be released on CAT official website iimcat.ac.in. You can download your result after login as per process described above.
