The residential two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at CIMP prepares students for the corporate sector. The programme is designed to enhance the problem solving and decision making capabilities of the participants. The programme intends to create managers with socially desirable values.

At Vanguard, we strongly believe that theoretical knowledge should be supplemented with a healthy dose of practical industry knowledge. Hence, we have created a unique Industry Mentorship program where practicing managers from various corporates will provide one-on-one mentorship to students at Vanguard. The Industry mentors will provide guidance on the following areas

TAPMI’s PGDM-BKFS program focuses on “Value-Creation through Financial Analysis”. The program design is based on the MS-Finance program of US with additional inputs on business management so as to ensure in-depth understanding of business finance decisions. Aided by the state-of-the-art TAPMI Finance Lab, this course enables students to have a managerial career in the fields of banking and financial services with leading national and multinational banks and financial institutions.

PGDM-HR program is a unique HRM program with a strong focus on business environment awareness so as to detect paradigm shifts and upgrade human competencies to meet that challenge. The PGDM (HR) strives to develop “People Management” competencies of future HR professionals through courses from Behavioural Discipline (Individual, Team and Leadership Competencies), HRM Discipline (Functional and Strategic HR Competencies) and Institutional Discipline (Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Competencies).

This one-year full-time Executive MBA program is specifically designed for working executives and practicing managers and is as rigorous as the two-year full-time MBA program. The program consists of 4 Terms, and the participants will be in the campus for about one academic year.
